Upon visual examination it has a straw yellow color with soft greenish hues. On the nose there are floral aromas accompanied by hints of exotic fruit. In the mouth it is striking for its great freshness and smoothness, given by an excellent acidity in perfect balance with the other components. Closes with a savory finish.
Combinations
Very versatile from a gastronomic point of view, it can be drunk both as an aperitif and throughout the meal. Perfect with canapés, risottos and pasta dishes with fish sauces, it is excellent with vegetable quiches.
